Recipe: meat burek

Who doesn't love burek? Those of you who have it, beware, in front of you is a burek recipe that tastes like the original burek, although everyone who has tried it says it is even better.

The taste is perfect, you just have to follow the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 650 grams of pulled dough
  • 600 grams of minced meat
  • 400 grams of red onion
  • 10 grams of salt
  • pepper
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 400 ml of mineral water

Directions

  1. First fry the meat in oil, then add onions, salt and pepper.
  2. You take 4 pieces of stretched dough - two together at the bottom and finally two at the top.
  3. Lightly oil a round pan (2 tablespoons of oil) and place two sheets of dough on it.
  4. Put very little meat on it as shown in the video (only 2 tablespoons per dough). Sprinkle again with a little of the mixture.
  5. Spray each dough with a little oil and mineral water mixture.
  6. When you have used all the dough from one package (500 gr), place the remaining part of the dough on top and pour the remaining mixture on top.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes at 210 C. When it is baked, turn the pan over.
  8. Burek is served warm and with yogurt.
