Mini American Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Directions
- Beat the eggs with sugar. Add milk, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Beat until you have a smooth mixture.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan.
- Place the mixture on the heated pan with a spoon (you can also press it with the help of a confectioner's nozzle).
- Bake until it starts bubbling on top. Turn with a fork and continue to cook the underside for another minute.
- Remove from heat and place on a serving plate.
- You repeat until you use up all the dough. Transfer the mini pancakes to a bowl. Add your favorite fruit and serve with honey, chocolate topping or peanut butter, or enjoy as is.
