Muffins with spaghetti and meatballs
Ingredients
- 170 g of spaghetti
- 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups tomato-based pasta sauce
- 12 ready-made meatballs
Directions
- In a large pot, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 7 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and put it in a bowl with olive oil. Let's cool down.
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease a mold with 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle the cooled spaghetti with parmesan.
- Roll the spaghetti into 12 muffin models, making a "nest" for the meatballs.
- Cover each "nest" with 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce, and add another tablespoon of pasta sauce to each meatball. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over each nest.
- Bake in preheated oven until pasta and meatballs are heated through and cheese is melted, 20 to 25 minutes.
