Spice up your menu and prepare mushroom spread, a simple spread from stewed and roasted mixed mushrooms, which is enjoyed on toast or bread.

Ingredients for mushroom spread:
- 500 g of mixed mushrooms
- 40 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of dry white wine
- lemon
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- nutmeg
- salt
- black peppercorns
The process of preparing the mushroom spread:
Clean the mushrooms, chop them into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt the butter in a bowl and sprinkle the mushrooms into it. Cover and simmer for five minutes. In the meantime, chop a tablespoon of parsley. Remove the lid and quickly fry the mushrooms. Then add wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and fry until the liquid is almost completely cooked. Serve on toasted bread or bread and sprinkle with parsley at the end. Have a good run!
