- 3 eggs
- 1 tuna
- some leeks
- olive oil
- spices to taste
Directions
- Drain the canned tuna and mash a little with a fork.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Add tuna, chopped leeks and spices to the eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour in the mixture.
