Homemade Oreo Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients for Homemade Oreo Cookies:
- 250 g of flour
- 125 g of butter
- 150 g of dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cocoa
- 220 g of sugar
- 30 g of cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- half a teaspoon of baking powder
- 18 pence marshmallows
The process of making oreo cookies:
Cover the shallow baking tray with baking paper. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sugar and vanilla extract. Then mix the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate and butter mixture. In the third bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Everything is then sieved into a mass and mixed once more. In the meantime, set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and begin to place mounds on baking paper with a spoon. Bake them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. When the cookies have cooled, turn half of them on their backs and place the breadcrumbs on them; cover them with the other half of the cookies. Put everything together in the oven for another 3 minutes to soften the breadcrumbs. Cool and serve. Have a good run!
