Recipe: chicken goulash

You don't need to be a great cook to make this goulash, all you have to do is follow the directions!

And the result will be - that you will cook an excellent dish on a spoon.

Chicken goulash

Ingredients

  • 300 g of onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 600 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • salt, pepper, spices to taste
  • 150 ml of pureed tomatoes
  • 500 ml of water
  • Bay leaves
  • curry to taste

Directions

  1. Fry the onion and carrot. Add chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
  2. When the meat starts to stick to the pan, add pureed tomatoes and a little water. Cook until everything boils.
  3. Add the bay leaf and other spices and cook a little more. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
