Chicken goulash
Ingredients
- 300 g of onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 60 ml of oil
- 600 g of chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
- 150 ml of pureed tomatoes
- 500 ml of water
- Bay leaves
- curry to taste
Directions
- Fry the onion and carrot. Add chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
- When the meat starts to stick to the pan, add pureed tomatoes and a little water. Cook until everything boils.
- Add the bay leaf and other spices and cook a little more. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
