Ingridients

  • a cube of yeast
  • 70 g of butter
  • 125 g of milk
  • 125 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g plain flour
  • a little salt
  • 55 g of melted butter for coating the doughnuts

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and add it to the flour. Also add the vanilla sugar and the milk and water mixture. Gradually add the eggs, melted butter and slowly knead the soft dough. Put it in a warm place and let it rise. When the dough is ready, roll it out (do not make it too thin) and use a glass to form donuts. Line a baking tray with baking paper and brush with melted butter. Brush each donut with butter and leave it in the baking tray to rise a little more. Then bake the donuts at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes. Baked donuts are also spread with melted butter. At the end, sprinkle them with sugar and fill them with filling if desired. A sweet good run.
