Raphael balls
Ingredients
- 350 g of powdered milk
- 200 g of sugar
- 150 g of coconut flour
- 150 g of butter
- 80 g of hazelnuts or almonds
- 1.5 – 2 dl of water
Directions
- Boil sugar with water. Remove from heat and gradually stir in powdered milk and butter.
- When the mixture has cooled, form balls, put one almond in each ball and roll them in coconut.
