  • 500 g pasta (rigatoni)
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • one onion
  • 500 g of pellets
  • olive oil
  • 150 g of pizza cheese

Preparation of rigatoni pie:
Cook the pasta until half done. In the meantime, fry the onion in olive oil, add the minced meat and shallots. Drain the pasta, and when it has cooled, stack the individual rigatons upright in a cake pan (25 cm) until the entire surface is filled. After that, pour over the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese. Finally, place the pan in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and the dish is ready. Have a good run!
