Recipe: chicken and zucchini rolls

Instead of cooking high-calorie dishes, on hot days you prefer to prepare light dishes, such as chicken and zucchini rolls. You won't regret it, in addition to the great taste, it will also feast your eyes. Don't believe it?

Prepare a perfect dish from light ingredients - zucchini and poultry. You can serve it with a piece of bread, potatoes, pasta, for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 50 g of mayonnaise
  • 100 g of hard cheese as desired
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 20 g of breadcrumbs
  • 20 g of Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. The meat is cut into thin fillets, covered with transparent foil, then pounded. Salt and pepper, then cover with mayonnaise.
  2. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato over the meat, then roll it up.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and then place two of them next to each other and fold them a little. Put the meat on top and roll up. Close with a toothpick.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
