Recipe for spring pasta with shrimp, tomatoes and spinach:

Ingridients:

  • 450 g of fresh (thawed) shrimp
  • 5 diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 5 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 4 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ¼ small lemon
  • salt
  • red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 300 g of pasta
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Preparation instructions:

Melt the butter in a pan and mix in the olive oil. Fry fresh shrimps and garlic on the mixture. Mix, season with paprika and salt and let the shrimps get a nice pink color. Then add chopped fresh tomatoes and cooked spinach. Stir and leave on low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Throw the drained and cooled pasta into the pan, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and season with salt and red pepper. Wait for the ingredients to boil well (not too much) and serve with freshly grated parmesan. Bon Appetit!
