Strawberry cheesecake pralines
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
- 800 g of cream cheese
- half a cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 and a half cups crushed cookies Ingredients for the dressing:
- 6 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 220 g of chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Directions
- Put the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix in the strawberries. Whip cream and sour cream.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed cookies and butter until the texture resembles sand.
- Place baking paper in the baking tray and press the biscuit and butter mixture onto it. Pour the mixture of cheese and strawberries on it and leave it all together for two hours in the freezer.
- After two hours, we take it out and cut it into squares, which we then dip into the chocolate that we melted in coconut oil.
- Place the finished pralines in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
