Smells like strawberries, doesn't it? Treat yourself to them - in a juicy, refreshing dessert that will win you over.
Strawberry season has begun and of course it is best to eat them fresh, but it would be a shame not to use them to make the most delicious desserts!
The preparation is more than easy, even if you don't have much experience in the kitchen. This cake is not baked, so there is no need to turn on the oven and additionally dirty the dishes and complicate things.
Strawberry dessert without baking
Ingredients
- 450 g of strawberries
- 140 g of sugar
- 600 ml of milk
- 0 g corn starch
- 20 g of butter
Directions
- Mix 250 grams of strawberries with 80 grams of sugar and mix or chop everything together with a stick mixer.
- Then pour milk, mix and strain.
- Add the starch to the mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Then pour into a container and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Chop the remaining strawberries, and mix the butter with 60 grams of sugar and melt. Then add the chopped strawberries and cook a little more, stirring all the time.
- Pour over the filling and leave in the refrigerator for another hour.
