A dessert that will convince even the most demanding gourmets.
To prepare the dessert, you need the following ingredients:
- 3 sheets of gelatin or 10 g of gelatin powder
- 500 g of ripe strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Clean the strawberries and rinse them under running water. Drain them well and cut them into small pieces. Add a spoonful of sugar and lemon juice to the strawberries. Mix everything together until smooth mixtures and let stand for 15 minutes. Then remove 100g of the strawberry puree, cover it and store it in the refrigerator, as this will be added to the final serving.
Gelatin pour into a bowl and cover with cold water. Let stand for 10 minutes to swell. Then drain it and add it to the strawberry puree that you prepared earlier. Pour everything into the shrimp (container) and heat, but make sure the liquid does not boil.
White people add four tablespoons of sugar and mix everything well until the mass becomes smooth, firm and has the right shine.
Whipped cream add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Slowly mix the prepared strawberry puree with the sweet cream with a food processor so that the mixture becomes the color of strawberries. Then gently mix everything into the egg whites. Cover the mass prepared in this way and leave it in the refrigerator for at least two hours so that it cools down and hardens.
Serve a layer of the prepared strawberry mass in beautiful glasses, and pour the strawberry puree that you saved at the beginning on top. At the end, decorate with pieces of strawberries. Good run.
