Shrimp tails are an excellent snack that comes to life with a glass of pleasantly chilled white wine. Seasoned with chili and roasted in the oven, they will be especially good for us.
Ingridients:
- 1000 g of shrimp tails
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- coarsely ground salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chili
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease the baking pan with oil and line it with baking paper. If necessary, clean the peeled tails, wash them thoroughly and dry them with paper towels. Mix cleaned shrimp tails, olive oil, salt and chili in a large bowl. Spread the tails evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Place the baking tray in the heated oven for 15 minutes.
Crispy fried turnips are served on a salad and accompanied by a delicious dip.
