Sweet chocolate popcorn
Ingredients
- 180 g of popcorn
- 580 g of dark chocolate
- 210 g sweetened condensed coconut milk (2 cans)
- 60 ml of full fat coconut milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract⠀
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Grease the baking tray with oil or put baking paper on it.
- Put the chocolate, condensed milk and coconut milk in a large bowl and melt at a gentle temperature (until it melts completely and the mixture becomes smooth).
- Remove the pan from the stove and add the vanilla extract and salt.
- Slowly add the popcorn and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and leave in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Cut into cubes with a sharp knife and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
