- 1 egg yolk

Preparing a Christmas tree with Nutella:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Roll out the puff pastry into thin sheets. Cut out the shape of a Christmas tree from the first one, do the same with the second leaf. Coat the first leaf with a thick layer of Nutella and place the second on it. Make incisions on each side, leaving the middle. Twist each notch to make 'branches'. Coat the tree with egg yolk, and before that you can make a star from the remaining puff pastry for the top of your tree. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. When it's baked, serve it warm.
