Making a healthy cauliflower pizza
First clean and wash the cauliflower. Grate the florets (or roughly grind them), then heat the cauliflower in the microwave for about 5 or 6 minutes (this can also be done with steam, just make sure that there is no excess water at the end). Let it cool, then pour the softened cauliflower into a bowl and mix it with a beaten egg, grated cheese (instead of mozzarella, it can also be parmesan, edamame, goat cheese...), salt and pepper. If desired, we can add a pinch of garlic and herbs/spices. The mass is then spread in the shape of a circle on the baking paper. In the meantime, heat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the dough in it for about 20 minutes.
