Strawberries are the queens of the season, which can be used in various recipes for breakfast, desserts and snacks. Today we present them to you in the form of a delicious breakfast or snack, on crispy bread, with light cream and sweet notes of honey and vanilla.
Toast with strawberries and cottage cheese
Ingredients
- 250 g of fresh cheese (preferably albumen curd)
- honey
- vanilla
- 51 basket of strawberries
- sugar as desired
- mint leaves
Directions
- Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces, sprinkle them with sugar and let them release their juice.
- You mix the cottage cheese with honey and add vanilla, then mix everything together with the cheese.
- Cut the bread into slices and fry on a grill pan. Let it cool down.
- First put the cream cheese on the baked bread, then put the strawberries on it and decorate with mint.
- Add additional honey if desired.
