  • 700 g of mixed minced meat
  • 5 eggs
  • 1.5 dl of milk
  • 3-4 pieces of bread
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • pepper

The process of preparing the Štefani roast:
First, fry the onion in oil, to which we add chopped garlic towards the end. We soak the bread cut into cubes with milk, to which we add minced meat, a cooled mixture of onions and garlic, salt, pepper and a raw egg. Mix everything well. Coat the baking pan with oil and fill it halfway with the meat mixture. Even before that, we prepare four hard-boiled eggs, which we spread lengthwise over the mass. Cover them with the rest of the meat and complete the loaf. First, bake it in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, and for the remaining 50 minutes at 170 degrees. It must rest for 15 minutes before serving. Have a good run!
