Ingredients for Grilled Watermelon:
- watermelon
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- sprigs of basil
- onion
- salt
- pepper
- cheese with mold (e.g. gorgonzola)
Procedure for preparing grilled watermelon:
Cut the watermelon into pieces and spread with olive oil. Place on a hot grill and after about 5 minutes, turn and cook the other side. Remove from grill, season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and basil, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with finely chopped onion. Have a good run!
