To prepare the tiles you will need seasonal fruit such as strawberries, kiwis, various berries, but you can also choose bananas, mangoes or different fruits according to your taste. You can add different ones to the fruit nuts and seeds or bits of dark chocolates.
Yogurt bars
Ingredients
- 700 ml of yogurt
- 3 spoons of honey
- 120 g of granola
- 200 g of sliced fruit
Directions
- Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the yogurt and honey, then pour it over, spread and smooth it on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle various fresh fruits and granola on it.
- Place the pan in the freezer for at least six hours.
- Then cut or break the bars into smaller pieces and enjoy the taste.
- Store the rest of the bars in bags and leave them in the freezer.
