Renovated Hyundai Ioniq hit Slovenian roads

The automotive world has undergone a major change in recent years, as there is almost no manufacturer that does not have electric and hybrid cars in its fleet. In these days, all three renewed versions of Hyundai's electrified car Hyundai Ioniq arrived in Slovenia.

At Hyundai, they are not far behind their rivals, as they currently offer two cars in this segment, the Kona and the Ioniq. It is for 2019 Hyundai Ioniq got some cosmetic upgrades like front and rear LED lights, updated bumpers and new 15-, 16- or 17-inch alloy wheels. The exterior of the Ioniq may not have been drastically changed, but it has received quite a few new features under the body and inside.

The interior is adorned with a new infomatic size system 10.25 inches. This will enable navigation, which will provide the driver with information about traffic, parking lots and radars. At the same time, as many as two smartphones can be connected to the system at the same time. Via the Blue Link app, you can connect to the car and start or stop it remotely.

The Hyundai Ioniq continues the tradition of three different powertrains. The electric Ioniq has a new powertrain borrowed from the electric Kona. Two electric motors are located together 100 kW (136 hp), in connection to 38.3 kWh and battery packs allow up to 292 kilometers reach. An empty battery can be charged up to 80 percent at the charging station in less than an hour, as the new built-in charger has the power 7.2 kilowatts. The braking power regeneration system has also been improved, which in combination with the Eco+ mode will enable additional energy savings in all models. Hybrid models have combined consumption 4.1 L/100 km, and it also has a plug-in 48 km range in purely electric mode.

Electric Hyundai Ioniq and hybrid Hyundai Ioniq

All versions of the Ioniq have three equipment packages available: Style, Premium and Impression. All vehicles are equipped with the Smart Sense safety system as standard. For the hybrid model, we will subtract from 26,900 euros, for plug-in hybrid 33,490 euros and for electric 36,900 euros.
