In this way, they take care of the preservation of traditional products, which they prepare for us using modern methods of French and Mediterranean cuisine and with views on modern cuisine of their chefs under the leadership of Uroš Štefelin. We definitely have to try the raw bundeljce with leek sauce according to the recipe from the first cookbook in the Slovenian language of Kuharska kveva Valentina Vodnik, stewed red onion with egg with truffle foam and pumpkin oil, homemade pasta stuffed with Carnivoran sausage, baked goose liver on caramelized apple, and red cabbage with strawberries and on and on. The entire culinary experience can be rounded off with an excellent wine. They can offer us mainly wines from Slovenian winemakers, but they also organize wine tastings led by sommelier Damir Salkic. For all those whose cuisine will really inspire us, they also organize workshops at the Cooking School of the first chef Uroš Štefelin.
