From October 13 to 22, top Slovenian chefs in 97 participating restaurants will once again take guests on a culinary adventure with special menus full of fresh local autumn flavors for a flat price of 17 euros. Welcome, Restaurant Week!
The introduction to the rich winter culinary season will open the autumn one Restaurant Week 2017. The culinary campaign, which in a few years has turned from a local idea into a pan-Slovenian good food movement, will once again serve a selected offer local and seasonal dishes from top Slovenian chefs from Piran Bay all the way to Prekmurje.
Only those restaurants that are in the eyes of the action selector, the culinary critic, were invited to participate again. Uros Mencinger, earned at least one heart, are they well on their way to winning it. The quality of Slovenian cuisine is therefore evidenced by the number of participating inns and restaurants - just 97 from all over Slovenia will invite guests with special menus for ten days in October at a uniform price. They will join the already established participating restaurants this fall three more new ones, so Restaurant Week in 2017 is richer for twelve new culinary destinations.
At the autumn Restaurant Week 2017, the following will be presented for the first time: The old inn, Piran, Štekar house, Snowy, ter Inn Maribor, Maribor. You can see the entire list of restaurants here.
