Restaurant Week 2019 it's at the door! Judging by the Restaurant Week website, he is participating this year 105 inns and restaurants, which will offer their guests spring on plates, in three (or more) acts, with a greeting from the chef and wine accompaniment. This year's Spring Restaurant Week will last from March 29 to April 7, the menu price is 19 euros.
As you have probably gathered, this week will be two weeks late, which can only be a good thing. That's how long the awakening of nature means more fresh, young, spring foods from gardens, meadows and forests. The chef's menus of Restaurant Week will thus be even more flourishing, and the guests will be even more satisfied as a result. This year's Restaurant Weeks (spring and autumn) are introducing - at an additional cost - "obligatory" wine accompaniment to the menus. Of course, when preparing the menus, the chefs will also take into account all the previous emphases introduced by Restaurant Week in previous years: local and creative; not only good, also beautiful; friendly to nature and greetings from the kitchen.
