Whole grain bread combined with fresh horseradish spread and delicious gnatja, whose divine taste is rounded off by crispy cress, is definitely an excellent and healthy choice for Easter breakfast.
Ingridients:
- 30g of rye
- 60ml of water
- 1 large crisp apple
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 20g of fresh grated horseradish
- cup of watercress sprouts
- 90g sour milk
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 8 slices of smoked cheese
Process:
Grind the rye with a grinder and soak it in water for about half an hour. Wash and dry the cress, wash the apple, pit it and finely grate it. We also peel and grate the horseradish. Drain the rye and mix with grated apple, lemon juice and horseradish. Add sour milk, mix slightly and the spread is ready.
A loaf of wholemeal bread is cut into 8 slices, which are generously coated with fresh spread and enriched with a slice of gnocchi and cress. Delicious breads that also look nice will be ready to entertain our guests.
Tip:
For guests who do not eat meat, we prepare breads covered with slices of boiled egg.
