It started with the rickshaw, a two-wheeled vehicle with one or two seats pulled by a human being. These were replaced by wheeled rickshaws, which are not only found in Asia, but also in the West. Then came the Piggio Ape vehicles, which were not environmentally friendly. The next step in the evolution of rickshaws is Lindo, Kyle Armstrong's easy-to-operate electric and eco-friendly rickshaw.
Lindo is an electric rickshaw (which is, of course, an inaccurate term if we strictly adhere to the definition of this Japanese word, which in translation means 'human powered vehicle') as imagined by a young designer from Australia Kyle Armstrong. It's a chassis from carbon fiber, and the framework from titanium, making the e-rickshaw lightweight yet extremely strong and durable. It's in the back a three-wheeled vehicle equipped with a sextet lithium batteries, which are charging through the capacitor, which is capable of charging in a quarter of the time of a conventional charging system.

Kyle developed more smartphone app, which allows the driver or passenger to connect with the rickshaw, and the user can also use it as a "summon" and the rickshaw "2.0" will come to pick him up at the desired location.
