Well, at least that's what Rivian called the latest project of two electric cars. The first is the Rivian R1S, an electric SUV, and the second is the Rivian R1T, an electric semi-truck or pick-up. They are basically the same, you just have to decide which body style is more to your heart.

Rivian gave the automotive world a bit of a shock at the Los Angeles International Auto Show. The capabilities are impressive, but above all, they did not invite to the off-road capabilities of the two models. Short overhangs allow larger entry and exit angles, we can drive to meter high water, and four electric motors ensure efficient four-wheel drive. Besides, Rivian has a bunch intelligent systems, which ensure autonomy the third degree, which means that we no longer need to operate the steering wheel on the highway, but just let the technology go. With the Rivian, Tesla has gained an interesting competitor, and we have another electric representative whose development we will follow with interest.
