Robomart: the world's first self-driving store

Your new store.

Startup company Robomart has opened the world's first self-driving store. Manufacturers want to deliver groceries, bakery goods and prepared food directly to people with the help of an autonomous robot.

Usage Robomart is simple. We just have to start press the button on the application and thereby tell the nearest 'shop' to visit us. When we see Robomart in front of our house, we can let's go shopping. The storefront doors will open, and there will be plenty of food that we need every day. If a customer wants to steal food, the technology will detect this and send a service bill to the home.

Innovation is based on platforms NVIDIA Level 5, which enables autonomous driving.

In the battle for consumers, Robomart will compete in the marketplace with home delivery companies such as Amazon, Instacart and Postmates. Most of these competitors work with Toyota.

Robomart is a 10-year project of a businessman Ali Ahmed, which wants to create a new niche in the field of retail sales. Although he had already built the first one prototype vehicle, has not yet received permission to test it from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Robomart was also presented at CES 2018.
