Roglab - a factory that makes itself is the name of the exhibition of prototypes of the manufacturing workshop Roglab. Many of them were created this year, the exhibition presents a selection of ten.
RogLab is a pilot project of the Rog Center, where diverse prototypes are developed in cooperation with program partners. In the first year of operation, quite a few prototypes were created in the RogLab production center, and ten of them will be presented at the exhibition. Their production brought together 43 designers, engineers, technicians, architects and artists.
The bicycle light and the multi-purpose bicycle bag were developed through the promotion of cycling culture, and the research of modernist architecture "gave birth" to the didactic architectural puzzle. The theme of sustainable development led to a modular garden box, among the selected prototypes there is also an affordable motorized camera, and the interweaving of creativity and technology resulted in a robotic sonic partner and a drawing robot for children. Support for young creators encouraged the development of electronic gadgets, testing the advantages and limitations of modern technologies and materials for making museum souvenirs led to innovative crosses between embroidery and postcards. The exhibition also features a board game that facilitates decision-making in cultural management. Interest in the vibrancy of urban culture is "to blame" for the collapsible quarterpipe, with which we can practice urban sports - even in the countryside.
