When Harley Davidson stopped production of the 1125R motorcycle with the discontinuation of the Buell brand, they bought 47 remaining examples of this motorcycle from Magpul Industries, literally "stripped" them and started building a completely new futuristic motorcycle called the ronin 47. The result is a naked bike motorcycle that it is also called "Batbike".
As part of the project Ronin Motor Works is a company from the city of Denver in the US state of Colorado, started with manual metamorphosis naked bike motorcycles, who literally "undressed" them and started building a completely new futuristic motorcycle with the name ronin 47. They are at it only the engine, frame and wheels were preserved the previously mentioned Buell naked bike motorcycle and dedicated it entirely new suspension, steering mechanism, fork, exhaust system, switches and gauges, and the motorcycle is complete made by hand.
They are certainly the most recognizable part of the motorcycle lights and engine cover, which consists of a large radiator, similar to the one behind the front fork, which is designed to cool the powerful rotax V-twin engine. The special feature is the ignition of the engine with the help of a button instead of the classic key for starting, a special engine exhaust installed under the engine and unique LED rear lights.
Named after the 47 ronin samurai
Only 47 examples will be produced of this motorcycle, all of which will be numbered from 1 to 47 and named after 47 ronin samurai from Japanese history. At this moment, it already is 12 motorcycles available in a black and gray color combination, and their price is 38 thousand dollars, which, by the way, is less than the company from Denver, Colorado costs to make them. After that, 10 more motorcycles will be produced in black, and the remaining 20 will be completely made to order, and the price will start to rise sharply. The last five examples are reserved for the biggest enthusiasts, as they will be produced in collaboration with according to specific customer specifications (in the style of these custom conversions), and the prices will go to astronomical heights.
Anyway, considering that only 47 examples of this monster, which has already caught the name "batbike", will almost certainly never be seen on our roads.
