Surge: The soda that defined the 90s is back

If you're old enough to remember the 1990s, you might also remember the Surge soda produced by Coca-Cola. Thanks to the Facebook campaign "The Surge Movement", soda is now back. Would you like to try?

"Rich in carbohydrates", known in inner circles by the nickname "MDK" or "Mountain Dew Killer", and outwardly she represented everything the US was in the 1990s of the last century – JNCO, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, chap and Kennan & Kel – just a few fragments that are part of the Surge nostalgia. That's probably why it didn't survive the transition into the new century.

For better or for worse - Surge soda is back under the sponsorship of Coca-Cola – thanks to the enthusiasts who brought it back to life via Facebook campaigns "The Surge Movement". It is only sold through Amazon: for 12 euros will get you a dozen half-liter cans.
