Rooster coffee is a specialty coffee shop in the center of Maribor and the home of Tovarna Kave. Here they roast the coffee and later prepare it in different ways; espresso and filter modes - V60, Aeropress, Chemex, and they also offer nitro cold brew - cold brewed coffee. They furnished the small bar simply, almost everything they did themselves in order to make the guests feel good here.

In the cafe Rooster Coffee they offer carefully selected coffee rated with at least 85 points, which places it in the "specialty coffee" category. A case of the highest quality coffee beans, which are fresh in every way and consequently a lot more lively, rich and aromatic from the coffee included in the market's daily offerings. These are coffees that grow in ideal climatic conditions and are carefully cultivated, coffees with full traceability and detailed information. Also very important is the fact that when trading such coffees, farmers or growers get better pay for their work, as there are fewer middlemen on the trade route.
Guests can choose between three different coffees. It is currently on offer Brazilian for those more traditional drinkers, and more demanding coffee lovers can choose between coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama ... In addition to coffee, they also offer natural beverages, draft craft beer, local wines, and at the end of the week, also some quality ones a cocktail or increasingly popular gin and tonic. They are also on the menu fruit, vegetable and superfood smoothies, and soon they will expand the offer with other healthy dishes.
