Although the RUF company is more than 80 years old, it only introduced its first real car in 1977. Since then, it has been known worldwide as the maker of some of the most exclusive automotive masterpieces based on Porsche models.
Every now and then, they also do something for RUF soul or for promotion. RUF Rodeo Concept Coupe is "off-road" version based on Porsche. The car is built around the same carbon bodywork found on RUF's sports models SCR and CTR Anniversary. They were converted for field needs chassis and added rugged terrain tires.
The concept has as expected four-wheeled drive, but can drive it atmospheric or turbine version of RUF's boxer 6-cylinder. They added for an even greater off-road feel roof rack with LED lamps, front tubular bumper, safety a cage, and attached a badge to the back of the car spatula. At this point, Rodeo is just concept and study, but that it will ever see serial production, it is unlikely.
