Sometimes heartache can be so deep that it really changes the course of our lives. How can you be then
10 tips that will restore your hope in love:
Take your time. Have you heard the saying before? time heals all wounds? There is a lot of wisdom hidden in it!
Surround yourself with people you love. Make sure you have company if you need it. Visit friends, go to grandma's for lunch, bond with your sister or brother.
Write a letter to your ex. Write a letter to your ex-partner. It is important to allow yourself to express your feelings. You don't need to send it, it will still work therapeutically.
Distance yourself from your ex. Take space and time for yourself. Also, if you're going to stay friends, it might make sense to back off at first.
Exercise. Stay active! Sports will have a better effect on your well-being and self-image than many things that can be bought.
Let yourself cry. Cry, cry, cry.
Help others. When you are alone, help others. This can save you at least a little of your own burdens.
Nurture your relationships with others. A broken heart sometimes turns us into apathetic zombies. Make sure you don't start neglecting your relationships with other people.
