If you haven't taken a break from hard work this year, it's definitely time to escape on vacation. It is worth noting that you still need to be careful when planning your vacation.

If science is to be believed, it does two-week break negative consequences, especially if you spend it in the same destination.

A psychologist Daniel Kahneman explained with the help of behavioristic methodology how it can happen that too long vacations have a bad effect on you. His understanding of the psychology of the individual takes into account two sides of the self, namely these “experiencing self" and "remembering self".

Spending longer vacations in one place will be different strengthened the first (experiencing self), but at the same time reflected in less benefit for the latter (remembering self). According to Kahneman, shorter vacations are a better choice, because each trip creates new ones memories, which you relive later. If you lie on the beach and soak in the water for two weeks, that's just not possible.

Nevertheless, we believe that even a two-week relaxation can prove beneficial. Many times we go abroad to enjoy new powers, and not to explore natural and cultural attractions.
