The recently redesigned Seat Leon got 10 extra horsepower with the Cupra R version compared to the regular Cupra version. That means it has as many under the hood as a VW Golf R. Congratulations, SEAT!
While it is Golf R serial car, but they are at the company Seat decided to send to the market with the R mark only 799 vehicles. As a kind of special edition for the most enthusiastic about this brand. But Seat compared to Golf R it differs in that it is still driven only on the front pair of wheels. In which, with such a choice of horsepower, it is actually unique and therefore particularly toxic.
But at Seat they are not half-assed and they are for those who would like to have them AWD - 4-wheel drive, made it possible to afford it in station wagon version of the Leon Cupra, but they sacrifice 10 horses and a manual transmission, which is replaced by a DSG.
Cupra R differs from the other versions also due to many carbon additives that make it special and slightly different from the normal version. The front bumper and rear spoiler are different. There are also colors that are reserved only for the Cupra R model. So you can order it in Midnight Black or Pyrenees Grey, and a matte gray color is also available.
