Self-love is the best medicine!

Imagine a world where your first obligation is to love yourself - how free would you be? Have you ever wondered what would happen if you put yourself first?

Let's imagine for a moment that we are our own best friends: how would that free us and what possibilities would open up for us?

As we walk through the trials of our lives, we often look back on the moments that shaped our present. Among many relationships, experiences and insights, one essential learning emerges: self-love is not just about acceptance, but potentially the most powerful medicine we can offer ourselves.

Along the way, we realize that it is life without certain people, their judgments and toxic energy actually better.

Self-love frees us from the need for constant validation from others in order to feel worthy or even loved. Once we accept that we are enough on our own, our life changes.

Self-love means strength

Not just the power to let people go, but the power to open the door to those who want to enter our lives in a positive and constructive way.

This is not selfishness; it's self-awareness which allows us to stand firmly on the ground, no matter who or what tries to shake our stability. This type of self-love also goes beyond just relationships with others. It's about understanding our values, our desires and our limits.

Nothing less than what we truly deserve is acceptable

This self-respect protects us from games, lies and false promises that could otherwise break us. With self-love, we become students of our own lives. We are learning, yes we don't stay in toxic situations.

We are not afraid to end things that do not serve us or fulfill us. Our inner strength guides us away from those who do not appreciate us or respect. We do not repeat old mistakes that harm us. Instead, we put healthy boundaries and prioritize our mental and emotional well-being. Make us not heartless; on the contrary, it helps us develop empathy to yourself and others. However, it teaches us to be indifferent to those who try to hurt us or take advantage of our goodness.

When we love ourselves, others around us lose power over us, over our emotions and thoughts. Nothing can destroy our self-image or self-esteem as long as we realize our own worth and allow ourselves to love ourselves the way we deserve. People may become angry or frustrated when they realize that they can no longer manipulate with us, but this is only proof that we are on the right path.

It means believing in yourself, knowing what you want, and understanding what love and respect you deserve. It is a reflection of a long journey he works on himself, the battles we've fought and the obstacles we've overcome.

It is a story of survival, of healing and of discovering that we are worth more than we ever believed. It is the process of collecting the wreckage of our past experiences and building something solid and lasting. With this, we reject any attempt by anyone to push us back into the past, where we felt inferior.

Every step on this path is a step towards a better tomorrow

Self-love is not just how we relate to others; it is the foundation on which we can even build life. When we accept that we are our own best medicine, our journey to complete healing and happiness truly begins.
