Mars Ljubljana Zagreb Trans Europe festival returns this year in a new time and in a fresh guise. In Ljubljana, he will serve excellent urban music at the end of May, in Zagreb it will come a day later. As part of the festival, interesting and somewhat different Slovenian and Croatian groups will be presented. As part of the festival, the excellent British band Skunk Anansie will also visit Ljubljana. The group was formed in the mid-1990s. Her name comes from the West African tale of Anansi, who is a kind of spider man. Skunk was added to the name to make the group more recognizable. Their first album Paranoid and Sunburnt and Stoosh placed the members of the group among the so-called representatives of Britrock, which perfectly rivaled the Britpop of the time, to the great joy of all rockers and rockers at heart. They skilfully added features of other genres to their music and thus created their own unique and recognizable sound. This was followed by tours with musicians such as: U2, Aerosmith, Lenny Kravitz, Bad Religion, Rollins Band, Therapy?, Rammstein, Muses and many others. Because of the energetic and very noticeable singer Skin, some have also classified them among "clit-rock" groups. Album Post Orgasmic Chill, released in the late nineties, was their last musical creation for a while. The group broke up. Each went on their own musical path until they decided to join forces again. Last year they released an album of their hits and embarked on a European tour. They will also stop by and sing live hits like: Hedonism (Just Because You Feel Good), Secretly, Charlie Big Potato and many others that marked the end of the previous millennium.
