Slovenian cooking team is looking for five aspiring chefs, who have a unique opportunity to They represent Slovenia at prestigious cooking competitions at home and abroad. Maybe you are just that "ingredient", that promising chef representative he is looking for Association of cooks and confectioners of Slovenia (DKSS), of which they are members both renowned domestic cooking experts and young chefs at the beginning of your career. "Our main purpose is to unite the profession, exchange of rich experiences among our members, monitoring the latest global culinary trends and educating members in accordance with them, introducing innovations in the preparation of a wide variety of dishes, participating in culinary events and competitions, and promoting the cooking profession. The most noticeable part is the two national cooking teams, both member and youth," explains the DKSS.
And how you become a part national cooking elites, which will represent Slovenia at international and world competitions? Anyone who would like to participate in the selection for members of the national team can submit their application until February 5, 2017 through the website chefsofslovenia.si. Based on the submitted applications, resumes and attached recommendations, DKSS will make a selection and pass the first test. Those who qualify for the next round will be called for the test at the beginning of March. The tests will take place in the Education Center DKSS in Kamnik.
