Save and try!😻💪🏽 💪🏽 Sumo deadlift: 4 x 12 reps • Superset Squat + jump: 4 x 12 reps 💪🏽 Butt lift: first three sets of 12 reps, fourth set of 10, fifth set of 8 reps (from set to set you get higher load) 💪🏽 Kettlebell swing: 4 x 12 repetitions • Superset Touches the floor: 4 x 12 repetitions with each leg 💪🏽 Pulling the rope between the legs: 3 x 12 repetitions 🤓 Superset means that you perform the exercises consecutively, without rest. For example first you perform 12 repetitions of the sumo deadlift, followed immediately by 12 x squats and jumps.
