After Nike introduced the Epic React running shoes, Adidas sent the new Solarboost model into the fire. The war between the two biggest competitors in the footwear industry therefore continues. What does Adidas want to convince customers with this time?
The creators were inspired by NASA engineers when designing the ultralight shoes. Adidas guarantees that it is SolarBOOST 15 grams lighter than its predecessors, and at the same time it can also boast of greater return of energy and better stability.
Technology Tailored Fiber Placement with thousands of thin stitches, it contributes to the low weight of the upper part of the shoe and provides support to the foot, while the technology Stretchweb intended to increase the flexibility of footwear. The new heel construction allows the Achilles tendon to move freely and provide unrestricted comfort. This helps to reduce the possibility of injury.
Adidas believes that every athlete is capable of exceeding their expectations. With its efficiency, stability and comfort, SolarBOOST is supposed to help you achieve goals that seem unattainable at first glance.
The sneakers will be available in the US at the end of May 160 US dollars, which calculated amounts to 134 euros. For now, there is no information on when and at what price they will be available for purchase in Slovenia.
