SpaceOne WorldTimer: When a watch becomes a space station for your wrist

No more classic hands, just rotating discs and Swiss-French genius

SpaceOne is back with a watch that could easily fit on the wrist of a spaceship pilot. Their new SpaceOne WorldTimer is not just a watch, it's an analog AI for time zones. Without hands, with rotating discs and a complex world function, it combines Swiss precision with Parisian audacity. The price? Surprisingly down-to-earth: €3,300.

When SpaceOne launched its first watch, the “Jumping Hour,” in 2023, many doubted that an independent brand with a vision for space could truly make a mark on the watch industry. Then came the “Tellurium,” with its astronomical ambitions. Now comes “SpaceOne WorldTimer", who looks away from the stars and gazes at the blue planet.

This clock is not just a time display. It's a map of the world. In rotation.

No hands, maximum logic: SpaceOne WorldTimer

There are no indicators with the SpaceOne WorldTimer. Instead, you have:

  • Central disc for seconds,
  • Minute disc at 3 o'clock,
  • 12-hour local time disc at 6 o'clock,
  • And a double coaxial disc at 9 o'clock for world time zones: the outer one shows cities, the inner one 24-hour time.

All this under a domed sapphire crystal dome that acts more like a spaceship's control panel than a classic watch.

A mechanic who speaks French with a Swiss accent

At the heart of the SpaceOne WorldTimer is the reliable Soprod P024 automatic movement – a robust Swiss movement with a 38-hour power reserve. But what makes it unique is the WorldTimer module, developed entirely in Paris. The result? A delicate synergy of precision and creativity.

Settings are intuitive – SpaceOne WorldTimer:

  1. Position 1: winding,
  2. Position 2: city selection,
  3. Position 3: 12/24-hour display synchronization.

SpaceOne WorldTimer - Titan, az duso

The SpaceOne WorldTimer case isn’t just large (52.7 x 41.9 mm), it’s futuristically functional. Made from grade 5 titanium, it combines brushed, sandblasted and polished surfaces into a chassis that would impress even the designers at Airbus. Despite its dimensions, the watch sits surprisingly well on the wrist, thanks in part to the ergonomically curved lugs.

Water resistance? 30 meters. Enough for a storm, but not for swimming across the galaxy.

A limited edition for those who don't follow time, but define it

Only 600 pieces will be made. Pre-orders start on June 26, 2025. And although the watch looks like a concept from the future, you can get it this year. Price: €2,700 (excl. VAT).

Conclusion: World time, boundless imagination

The SpaceOne WorldTimer is not just a new interpretation of the GMT watch. It is a bold, almost rebellious redefinition of time. It is a watch for those who don't need a Rolex crown to know they have something special. It is a watch for the captain of their own time.
