This beautiful winter wonderland is a frozen maze of corridors, tunnels and other ice formations that can be seen in many American states these days.
Unbelievable ice castles he created Brent Christensen, which he started building when he and his family moved to Utah. His first attempt was a homemade ice castle that Brent built for his children, but he then escalated his idea and has since moved from the backyard to much larger spaces where his ice sculptures can be viewed by anyone.
Every winter, the Christensen family and a team of sculptors get to work, shaping more than 5,000 ice candles, which they then place together as the foundation of the sculptures. When the ice is hard enough, cutting begins, and each ice castle is also marked by unexpected ice formations, which are ensured by temperatures and wind. All structures are made entirely of ice and snow.
