The luxury hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico opened its doors in Rovinj in August, which is run by two Slovenians, the Bidovec couple. Their love for Rovinj led them to restore a building from the 20s of the last century, which once belonged to a prominent Italian family. The hotel is located just 3 minutes' walk away from the strict center, which used to be called "contrada Spirito Santo" and hence the idea for the hotel's name. See below why this hotel is suitable even for the biggest hedonists among us.
Hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico has available 7 double rooms. They are on the ground floor reception with a fireplace, lounge bar, Wine Cellar and a garden with a fountain from 1964. The interior has been restored in its original form taking into account all the requirements of the modern guest. They are on the first floor atrium with fountain and lounge bar terrace, which is intended for all hotel guests. They are still on the same floor 3 rooms, of which it is located in two fireplace, and all three have the possibility of using the hotel's atrium, garden and terrace.
They are on the second floor 2 rooms, but each is interesting in its own way. The first because a unique fireplace with a window, restored frescoes and looking at the Basilica of St. Euphemia, and the other because of the fireplace and the beautiful small terraces overlooking the sea. It's on the third floor the largest room with the most beautiful view of the sea, the old town and the church of St. Euphemia, and on the other side of the corridor a smaller room with an equally beautiful one with a view of the basilica, city and sea.
