Good eaters, beware! Spring Restaurant Week 2016 is getting closer. This year's spring festival of Slovenian cuisine will take place from March 11 to 20, 2016. If last year's spring week of restaurants was marked by the locality of the ingredients and the creativity of the chefs, in 2016 it is adding another form. As much as we eat with our mouths, we also eat with our eyes.
Spring Restaurant Week 2016 performs under the unofficial motto "We eat with our eyes", that's why last year the locality of the ingredients and creativity of the chefs at this year's spring Restaurant week they add presentation of dishes on a plate, which is an important feature of top cuisine. Dishes from the Restaurant Week menu, nine days of culinary indulgence, so they will not only spoil the taste buds, but also the eyes.

They will be their own with the menus artistic streak and creative inspiration between March 11 and 20, 2016 presented by chefs from more than 83 Slovenian restaurants. In order for the imagination to have free rein, the price of the menu has been slightly increased 16 euros (for at least three courses). The goal is not to eat cheaply, but well.
