French designer Edouard Martinet uses parts of vintage cars to create unique insect sculptures characterized by incredible detail.
He collects various parts at flea markets and car shows, which he then assembles into stunning works of art. But some of them finish up to several years, because he is driven by a deep passion to find just the right particles. And what's more, he doesn't join them together, but finds ones that fit perfectly. This makes him different from many other artists who also design by reusing materials. At the same time, it incorporates the iconic touch of cars and motorcycles from the 1950s into its beautiful puzzles, giving them even more charm.
