Companies spend large amounts of time and money trying to personalize their brands, because in this way they want to get consumers to take them as their own and see them as friends. Have you ever wondered what your fictional friends look like in real life?
Canadian artist Sillvi attracted a lot of attention by being transformed popular brands of carbonated drinks into cartoon characters. He continued his work and presented works of art dedicated to some others world famous brands, such as Ford and McDonald's.
For each of the artworks (he has produced so far 32) spent approx 2 hours time. In his work, the artist focuses in particular on two elements: the appearance of the logo itself and the taste of a carbonated drink. Before starting to create, he looks for inspiration for drawing in drinking individual drinks.
Some characters are particularly close to Sillvi's heart, and among them, according to him, the one who represents the American drink undoubtedly stands out Barq's Root Beer. He also adds that he would like to be friends with such a hero in real life as well.
So what would popular brands look like if they were personalities? You can find the answers to this question in the gallery below.
